termuna

Download

Get Termuna.

The local terminal is free forever and never asks for an account. Install it, open a session, and turn on cloud sync only when you want your sessions to follow you.

Linux

.deb with an apt repo, or a plain tarball

Download .deb

.tar.gz · apt repo for updates

macOS

Apple silicon (arm64), signed and notarized

Download .dmg

Open it, drag Termuna onto Applications.
.tar.gz with Termuna.app · notarized by Apple, so it opens like any other app.

Windows

The installer returns once it is signed. Until then there is nothing to download here: an unsigned build is not something we ship.

Not yet signed

Termuna is in early access. All builds live on the GitHub releases page; found a bug or missing a feature? The issue tracker is read daily. See what's shipping in the changelog.

Connect it to the cloud

Try continuity free with one live session. Upgrade when you need more. Cloud sync is optional and takes three steps.

  • Create an account in the dashboard or from the app.
  • Sign in from the desktop app, which registers this machine and mints a device token for you.
  • Start a session. It appears in your dashboard within seconds, ready to open from any browser or phone.

On your phone

The quickest way in today: open termuna.com/app on your phone and add it to your home screen. It installs as a full-screen app with a soft-key row built for touch. The native Android app is out: get the APK on the mobile page, which also covers the Play rollout and where iOS stands. It attaches to your sessions the same way the dashboard does, so there is nothing to migrate.
