Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026. These terms govern your use of Termuna and Termuna Cloud. By using the product, you agree to them.
The service
Termuna provides a terminal application and an optional cloud continuity service. The local application is free to use. Cloud features may require a paid plan.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device tokens secure. You may not use the service to break the law or to harm others.
Your content
Your sessions and data are yours. Because cloud data is end to end encrypted, we cannot access its contents and do not claim any rights over it.
Billing
Paid plans renew until cancelled. Team plans are billed per seat. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Availability and warranty
We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided as is, without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will post the current version here with an updated date.
