0.2.10

Added: "Check now" on the About screen

Settings, About asks GitHub once a day, so for most of a day after a release it could only say "0.2.4 is the newest release we know of" and offer no way to ask again. The updates line now carries a "Check now" button that runs the same signed check at once, shows "Checking..." while it is out, and lands the answer on the same line; a failed check offers it beside Dismiss. It is held to one request every ten seconds.
