Fixed: after an update the app no longer flickers on "connecting to mux"

Installing a new build leaves the old daemon running, still holding your shells, and on macOS the update never restarted it. The new window sent that daemon a frame it had no name for, the daemon dropped the connection, and the window walked back in once a second, forever, showing the connecting screen between every attempt and never staying long enough to reach the About screen's "Restart daemon". Three things changed. The window now restarts a daemon that is behind its own build by itself, once, the moment the daemon says its version (the ADR 0008 handoff, so the shells come along). The daemon skips a frame it cannot decode instead of ending the attachment. And an attach the daemon drops within seconds no longer refills the quiet reconnect allowance, so if the loop ever recurs it ends on the connecting screen naming the failure instead of flickering. A daemon newer than the app is left alone.

Fixed: signing out clears the other devices' sessions from the drawer

The drawer kept listing the account's other machines and their sessions after a sign-out, because nothing refreshes that list while signed out, and the daemon kept mirroring any of them you had opened. Both go with the account now: the lists are emptied on sign-out and the daemon ends every mirror the moment it is told there is no account. Your own sessions stay, as before.
